Made from teas in our catalog and common household ingredients, these drinks are easy to make and delicious to drink! 

Cinnamon Hazelnut Dream

This sweet and nutty beverage blends chestnut and hazelnut for a full-bodied drink perfect for enjoying with a book or after and afternoon of skating. 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tablespoon Chestnut 
  • 2 tablespoon hazelnut simple syrup 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 8 ounces water 
  • milk or milk substitute to taste

Directions: 

  • Using the apparatus of your choice, steep the Chestnut black tea at 212°F/100°C for 4 minutes.
  • While the tea is steeping, prepare mug with cinnamon and hazelnut syrup
  • Pour the hot tea into your mug, stirring constantly to dissolve cinnamon
  • Add milk or milk substitute to taste
  • Serve hot

Hazelnut Simple Syrup

Ingredients: 

Directions: 

  • Steep Honeybush Hazelnut in 212°F/100°F water for 5 minutes 
  • Strain infusion over small bowl of sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture thickened slightly 
  • Let syrup cool to room temperature and store for up 7 days in an airtight container 

 

Winterberry Spice Tea Mocktail

Winterberry Spice 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tablespoon Berry Blast
  • 4 ounces water
  • 2.5 tablespoon ginger blood orange syrup
  • Splash of carbonated water
  • Frozen raspberries for garnish 

Directions: 

  • Steep Berry Blast at 212°F/100°C for 5 minutes and allow to cool in refrigerator
  • Once the infusion is chilled, stir in ginger blood orange syrup and add carbonated water 
  • Serve up or in a rocks glass with ice
  • Garnish with raspberries 

Ginger Blood Orange Syrup

Ingredients: 

  • 3 tablespoon Ruby Sipper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 4 ounces water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions: 

  • Steep Ruby Sipper at 212°F/100°C for 5 minutes
  • Pour hot infusion over bowl of sugar and ginger and stir until sugar dissolves
  • Let syrup cool to room temperature and store for up 7 days in an airtight container

 

 Snowball Tea Mocktail

Snowball

Lean into January with this blended mocktail that remind you simultaneously of building snowmen and tropical beaches. 

Ingredients: 

  • 2.5 tablespoon Vanilla Oolong
  • 12 ounces water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 ounces Coconut Cream
  • 32 ounces ice

Directions: 

  • Steep Vanilla Oolong at 190°F/88°C for 2 minutes 30 seconds 
  • Set infusion aside and let cool to room temperature
  • Blend tea, coconut cream, honey, and ice in a blender
  • Serve in a pint glass or other large cup
